About me

As a long time fan of themeparks, attractions and themed experiences it is quite a pleasure for me to work with such incredible storytellers and brands over the past years.

One of my first themepark experiences has been visiting Schloss Beck (very close to Movie Park Germany) as a kid with my grandparents during summer holidays. Almost every week we went there for the ladybug rollercoaster.

In 2000 my enthusiasm went abroad as I was visiting California with my parents. Of course we went to Disneyland and Universal Studios and so I went quite crazy after this visit. To be immersed in such an environment is truly a unique feeling and let my rollercoaster heart rate went way up. So a few years later I have started my very first job at Warner Bros. Movie World in Bottrop as an entertainer and show host for a special effect show called „Movie Magic“. The following years have been a life changing experience as they shaped my mind and I had become clear of what I would love to do with the rest of my life: Being part of a great industry that tells stories, creates emotions and let you forget about all worries for few hours. All in the name of fun – as Merlin Entertainment, my long year employer, would put it.
